Delete Your Account

Option 1: Delete your account in the app (instant)

• Open the Nummira app and sign in.
• Go to Settings → Profile → Delete Account.
• Confirm the deletion in the dialog.

Your account and data are deleted immediately. Any active subscription is managed by Apple or Google and must be cancelled separately in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings — deleting your account does not automatically cancel it.

Option 2: Request deletion by email

If you can no longer access the app, email us at [email protected] from the email address associated with your account, with the subject “Delete my account”. We will verify the request and delete your account within 30 days.

What is deleted

• Your account and profile (email, display name, authentication identifiers).
• All financial data you entered: accounts, assets, transactions, liabilities, and goals.
• AI request history and generated insights.
• Push notification tokens.
• Locally cached data on your device (cleared when deletion is performed in the app).

What may be retained

We retain a minimal record of purchase transactions where required by law (e.g., tax and accounting obligations). To prevent abuse of welcome credits and free AI valuations, we also keep a hashed (one-way) form of your e-mail address and device identifiers without an expiry date; these cannot be used to restore your account or to identify you on their own. Store transaction identifiers and the internal account identifier of granted bonus credits are kept indefinitely in an anti-abuse ledger that cannot be linked back to a name or e-mail address, and e-mail delivery logs are anonymized (recipient address removed). Usage analytics collected through Firebase Analytics (if you opted in) are governed by Google’s retention settings and are not deleted by us.
